Registration:

• The deadline to register is Sunday October 17^th!
• To register email participants names and contact info to southern.ontario.pmc@gmail.com or call the Tintern church (905) 563-6311 and leave a message.

Meals and Billeting:

• Registration includes:
  • Continental Breakfast on Friday and Saturday,
  • Lunch on Friday and Saturday
  • Coffee, Juice, and Water
• Billets are available on a first come first serve basis. Register early to ensure a spot.

Cost:

• $100 CDN per congregation (up to six participants; $15 per each additional person)
  $25 CDN per individual
